How to apply:
Put lip plumper gloss on and leave on around around 5 minutes or until you can’t stand the tingling sensation anymore.
Wipe off the plumper and go in with your favorite lip combo! Lips should look fuller and have a rosy pink tint to them.
You can also leave it on and wear as clear lip gloss as well!
